You’ll work directly with clients and technicians to troubleshoot connectivity issues, monitor system performance, provide technical support, and more! Ideal candidates have experience with IP cameras, NVRs, Ubiquiti, Cradle point, and general IT services. You ’ll work directly with clients to understand their security challenges and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll also work cross-functionally alongside our CEO, gaining valuable insight and mentorship.
